Posterior Chain

The muscles along the back of your body: hamstrings, glutes, and back.

Your drives sprinting, jumping, and picking things up off the floor. Deadlifts, hinges, and hip thrusts train it.

Many young athletes are quad-dominant, so building the posterior chain is often the fastest route to speed.
