The Front Rack Struggle
The Front Rack Struggle
Every weightlifter remembers the first time they tried to hold a bar in the front rack position. It felt impossible. The wrists screamed. The shoulders ached. The bar kept sliding off.
Then over weeks and months, the body adapted. Wrists opened up. Shoulders loosened. The rack became comfortable. Now it feels natural.
Like everything in training, the front rack is a skill. It gets better with practice. Not overnight. But it does.
